ACRYLIC FELT - 36" POLY BACK SPORTS FELT

Our proprietary Hot-Melt Adhesives are manufactured in-house and can be used to coat your own fabric. PS960 and PS965 come on a mylar carrier and feature a pressure sensitive tack for repositioning. PS960 adhesive is perfect for embroidery applications, whereas PS965 is intended for laser-cut no-sew applications. P600 is  heat activated adhesive  available in 3 thicknesses to suit many different applications. Choose 1.5 mil for temporary embroidery tack or to cover up threads after embroidering patches.  5 mil is permanent heat-bond  for no-sew projects or iron-patches. Use your heat press to bond fabrics to the adhesive, then use your craft cutter or desktop plotter to cut then weed your designs. Our adhesives are designed for use with cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, fleece, and acrylics. Transfer Tapes - Heat transfer tapes are used to preserve spacing in designs while moving from your cutter to the heat press. Green tape has a higher tack for use with multiple layer twill or fabric designs. White heat mask is for single layer designs or vinyl transfers. Release Papers - Add texture to your HTV designs for an upgraded look. Use in the same manner as Brown Kraft or Teflon cover sheets. Options include Pebble Grain, Twill Grain, as well as Brown Kraft sheets and White Gloss sheets. Pebble Grain imitates the appearance and texture of leather, similar to a basketball or football. Twill Grain imitates appearance and texture of Tackle Twill fabric.

Fashion fabric prints are 14" wide (unless otherwise noted) and are coated with our patented PS965 Permanent PSA adhesive.

Poly Back Diamond Sports Twill - Features a unique diamond pattern woven into the twill. The thermal adhesive backing (P600 1.5 mil) provides stability for cutting and sewing to garments. Ideal for making patches with texture in the background and perfect scissor cutting, Poly Back Twill can also be cut with plotters, lasers, and die cutters. Must be sewn to the garment.

Application Instructions

Tackle Twill is an ideal fabric for creating logos and numbers for sports jerseys. But without a coating of Heat Press Adhesive, it can be a difficult and flimsy material to use. 16.5" Polyback Sports Twill features an anti-fray thermal adhesive backing (P600 1.5-Mil 16.5 Polyback) that completely seals the twill yarns and provides stability for cutting + sewing onto garments. Its polyester-based coating has no PVC and can be cut easily on plotters, dies, lasers or even hand-cut. NOTE: Can be heat pressed to hold the design in place, but it must be sewn to prevent fraying. We offer Sports Twill in a variety of different adhesive-backings, including PSA Twill, Permanent and PSA Permanent. Polyback is our name for Tackle Twill fabric with a thin, low-tack adhesive backing, commonly referred to as "Heat Seal" or Poly Twill, and competes against Stahls' CAD-CUT^® Poly-TWILL in the marketplace.
